Title: New Cs Source Footage
Post by: admojostrator on June 28, 2004, 04:43:03 PM: As Erik Johnson told us a few days ago, there's going to be some new footage of CS Source in the next coming weeks. Recently a German magazine, PC Games, was able to grab some exclusive CS Source footage from Valve. Included in the video is a look at Italy, Dust, and Cobble as well as interviews with Erik Johnson and Jess Cliffe, though they are dubbed over in German.

There are a number of links already out there for the video (Apx. 31MB) including:

And the hud is looks like the same in HL2, probably is and i hate the "Weapon Select" sprites :/

Post by: Path on July 07, 2004, 01:59:49 PM: After ravaging the net looking for a WORKING link that I could get those from without registering... well, I just went back to CSnation and registered as "bananaball" Its too bad the videos are not of top quality, but a good fix for any CS fan.

After showing them to my helplessly addicted CS comrade, coupled with the E3 end footage, he was on the verge of hysteria. I think he almost was ready to hurt me, because I did not have any more for him. :D

Post by: Path on July 13, 2004, 06:18:18 PM: Okay, I managed to find a few links to the 5-min CS:Source footage that was High Res. It is 64MB now, and the quality is definitly improved. Unfortunately for us, it is still in German.
