Alright, we'll set it up for Wednesday next, 7:00 EST?

I guess I'll DM.

In the meantime, I guess you guys can go and roll your characters. Save some time when we actually get going on our little adventure.

For those that've never done it before, we'll walk everyone through it one step at a time.

First thing you need to do is pick your class. There's:

Barbarian: Berserker. Go crazy and kill things.
Bard: Musical dude, does pretty much a little of everything.
Cleric: Basically a healer, but you can pick an evil Diety and do some decent damage too, but if you're going for that, go Sorcerer or Wizard
Druid: Treehugger. Nice spells and stuff though.
Fighter: Hits things with Sharp things. Doesn't get to rage like the barbarian, but gets Feats to improve their combat ability. I'd suggest this for at least one of you.
Monk: Martial Artist
Paladin: Soulful fighter with a dash of healing.
Ranger: Outdoorsy sort of fellow. Pretty much a fighter with a knack for archery.
Rouge: Theif/ Scoundrel. Fun to roll play.
Sorcerer: Poor man's wizard. Good if you want to not be paper in combat, but don't mind not having as many spells as a Wiz.
Wizard: Bonafide spellcaster.

As soon as we get that all picked out, we'll move right along.

I guess I can DM then, I'll just have to run you guys through one of my adventures with arbitrary rolls and rules :). Should be good fun for everyone involved though (Including DOOManiac, who wants to play too.

Everyone download openRPG, and familiarize yourself with the program. I'll see if I can't get a copy of the monster manual and put together an adventure.

What time works for everyone? I'd like to do it in the afternoon, or on a monday/wednesday evening (my only free evenings of the week.)

Dayum Gray, that guy looks like he could rip most of the community in half with one hand tied behind his back.

Best tell DHP to step off his overamorous flirting :D.

I DMed once, but it was pretty much a joke. Pulled stuff out of the monster manual and then just made it up as I went :).

Everyone had fun though. You're right though. Anyone else in on it?

Decimator, I just downloaded that program, and am trying to slog my way though it. Seems simple enough to use though. You use it?

Woah, and the crazyest idea I ever had was turning a bag of holding inside out and punching things with it.

I cancelled mine today too. Took all my gold and game it to my Guild Master, said thanks, then called it a day.

Hiking across the barrens 4 times for a single quests wears you out. It's just plain stupid.

I still have till the 7th, but I can't see myself playing more.

Some friends of mine just got me hooked on D&D. Anyone else play? My favorite character so far is a klepto-rouge I named Garret. (Kudos to whoever gets the reference.)

Danu - One of the best Irish bands in the world. Closes the show every year at the Dublin, OH Irish festival, the best Irish festival in the world outside of Ireland.

Nickel Creek - Awesome Irish band, more poppy than Danu, with a mandolin that's just plain scary.

Yankee Celtic Consort - Local Irish band that can hold it's own with some of the better ones.

Hmm, lets see...

Dreamtheatre, hell yes.

Jethro Tull - Plays standing on one foot. How cool is that.

James Taylor - A bit more country, but if you're a fan of that acoustic guitar crap ( :D ) you might want to check him out.

I would hook up if I could make practices. I just got a job, and school and everything else kind of locks out my schedule.

Dubbinub, you're on Suramar with me, right?

I made a Troll Rouge and hit level 7 in no joke, an hour. Took me the better part of an afternoon with my druid.

Anyway, my druid is Legotar, and my rouge is Legovar.

I'm a Level 19 Tauren Druid on Suramar. I hate the barrens with a passion. Biggest region in the game, and you have to go all around it to do stuff. Real pain.

I guess I'm one of the few druids who actually did the waterform quest, so I can turn into a sea lion... I guess that has to count for something...

Catform next level. I can't understand how you guys got all the way up to Level 51, I spend most of my time just running from quest to quest.

They really just ran around the RT until finally a gorge saw me.  I killed the gorge and a fade got me.  Truly a case of really blind aliens.

A bit off topic, but nothing gives me greater satisfaction than running past a hiding marine, letting him think he's escaped, then coming back and killing him. That or camp him until he comes out (without him knowing it)

Bahaha! I'll have to try that when my WoW addiction has subsided.

1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you.

Psalms 55:22 Cast your burdenc on the Lord, and he will sustain you;

Course, I'm sure you already have those on the top of your head. Awesomeness with the growth in the youth group and the growth of the fetus. As for the rest of it, it'll pass in due time.

You've got at least one person on here pulling and praying for ya, Timmeh. Just stick around long enough to teach the newbies what it means to be 'radcommed.' :p

That seems like it would throw me off more than it would help.

As is, I see an enemy x distance from the crosshair, and I know at 5.33 sensitivity I need to move the mouse y distance across the pad to aim at him.

With that thing, you'd have to regress the aim in your head, constantly thinking about moving the pointer towards the target, stopping over it, then pulling the trigger. Too much thought, it'd totally kill your twitch.

No thanks, I'll take my 500mx.
