I hate it when people take a game and use cheats or alterations to make it easier; the reason it wasn't easy is to make it challenging!!!  If it was actually somewhat difficult then when you get to the final outcome you feel like you've accomplished something.
This goes tripley-true for multiplayer games, especially when you want to show friends something... it's like someone just scribbled graffiti over it and ran away with the best parts (the first PSO offline demo was a great example; no multiplayer and worst of all it had invincibility on so you couldn't even be hit o.O  How the heck would that make anyone want to play the full version?)

when people (including me =3 ) say or mean to do something and don't do it.  It's so easy to have a big mouth or mean well, but it doesn't mean crud in the end if you don't actually do something about it.  Whether it's something as small as putting things in the dishwasher instead of the sink or something as large as changing aspects of your life or personality, failing to actually succeed in doing them irks me to my core.

"I should really stop smoking" -> THEN FRIGGING STOP OR SHUSH!!! NO POINT IN LAMENTING IF YOU DON'T MEAN TO CHANGE....

jees I feel good ranting about that kind of stuff ^^

worst my kitties have ever done is when I was on Ragnarok Online ^^;
I was just sitting there chatting away when I hear this lil mew from my bed, I turn to see which of our 3 cats it is just in time for it's pounce to land it right on my face.
I ended falling out of my chair with a cat attached to my head... I couldn't stop laughing afterwards ^^

lol!!! eeeep!  I said it's not mine XD

the 'item' in questions and what I mention in the first post I made is the Rampant Rabbit (link baleeted to protect the innocent).  Basically my mum likes to hold ann summers parties from time to time and everyone gets very very drunk (except me =P ).  Net result is I usually end up asking her what the heck she ordered and she doesn't even know which makes for some fun packages.  The rampant rabbit is one of these mysterious buys which has, like most of that stuff for some reason, ended up in my room ^^;

I've also got a hoopla game but lets just say the thing you throw the hoops around isn't the usual thing you'd expect XD

I don't really have anything weird to be honest
~looks at the carved skull next to mouse pad, a 'rampant rabbit' sitting on the shelves in it's packaging and the assortment of other oddities all over the room~

nope... nothing of interest in here.
Oh, and before anyone gets any ideas, the rampant rabbit isn't mine and hasn't been used outside of a party game where we had to pass a malteaser along the line using spoons held in our mouths at the same time as we passed the rabbit (turned on) with our knees.

my mum keeps telling me I have a private school accent... no, not posh or anything just something to do with how I pronounce things like 'r' and stuff.  Supposedly I pronounce them properly or something; just makes me give her odd looks.

I'm pretty good at mimicking other people's accents though =D
Once on holiday I used to muck about with this boy from glasgow and within 3 days I'd developed his glasgow accent perfectly... unfortunately I wasn't doing it on purpose so I couldn't stop and my parents almost throttled me ^^;

gem's mother: "stop that right now or I'll strangle you"
gem: "eh stawp wa?"
gem's mother: "that bloody accent!!!"
gem: "wit accent? Ah dinnae ken wit yer talkin' aboot"
~gem has to run away at this point from a furious mother~

luckily it vanished pretty quickly afterwards, but if I hang about someone with a noticable accent I usually pick it up.

actually, the thing that bothered me about Gimli in the film was that they almost totally took out the parts that show how much he was 'anti-elf' in the beginning and more importantly; his change of attitude with the lady of lorien.  In the film he just comes off as a little gruff then loves the elves to bits with no real transission =/

they were the 9 kings of men meaning the wraiths were once human =3
now they're just called 'ring wraiths' or nazgul or whatever.

I liked the books and 3rd film, the 2nd was ok and the 1st film was actually more boring than the book to me... I was kinda miffed they missed out some bits i really liked; tom bombadil saving them from the wights of barrow down, old mr willow, meeting the elves on the road, etc ^^
