I've had time to fix some things and finish some other things that I missed (such as in the individual post views). I've exported the skin and its image set, but I'm not sure if it worked. I can't re-import them in my install of IPB, but then again it can't import any skins without throwing a PHP error at me

Tried to implement people's suggestions. I lightened the blue about 10%, and its still easy to lighten further if needed. Oh, and I kept the gray version as a backup if people like it :p

Yep. I haven't settled on a particular shade of blue, but since the banner graphic itself is transparent, the colors are all easily adjustable

Just posting to make sure people don't think I died or dropped off the face of the earth :p. I just haven't had internet for a few days and therefore couldn't work on the skin much. It has a bit of color ATM (in the form of a new banner and some new graphics), I'm just working on getting a color scheme that works for the rest of it.

Well I worked a bit on a forum skin:




The main reason I did a forum skin was because I had to install IPB anyways to figure out what tables IPB stored posts in for the news page (hence the faked post by lolfighter in the first pic)

Well I fixed it in IE, added the downloads page, added a theme selector, skinned the IRC page, and added a rules page before the forums like on ns.org. Make sure to refresh the page manually since a few of the images changed. I might have changed some other stuff, but considering I've been working on it at 1-3AM, I'm not sure :p

Apologize for the bumpage, but I had a few hours and made up a front page, since IMHO the existing one is kinda fugly (I hate times new roman and regular frames).

I made up two basic themes, a light one and a dark one (just an inverse of the light one).

Light Version
Dark Version

The news bit is an iframe, so integrating it with the IPB output shouldn't be too hard. All thats in the news file is a list of tables, following almost the exact same format as the current news page (a few CSS classes are the only difference). Another reason its an iframe is because otherwise it can screw up the alignment of the graphics slightly, the little grid doesn't always line up. I didn't feel like finding a real solution, or losing the fade effect, so I cheated.

Oh, and its still a WIP, since I was just bored and needed something to do (aside from the piles of summer reading that I have yet to touch).

NOTE: The link may be down a LOT, since my DSL connection is down about 40% of the time (I'm switching ISPs as soon as humanly possible) and the site is hosted on my own server
