Here is what I want. Penguin, or something linux, HL, NS, Svencoop related that fits into that pip space, and something sexy for that admin icon that fits into the given image or smaller. Do not want it to say Admin.

Actually I can see that theyre hives on 11??x???, well the resolution that starts with 11 :p. But those penguins rock :D.
