Title: Black Mage's new putar
Post by: Black Mage on June 22, 2005, 08:08:25 PM: Had some troubles on install as not all of the motherboard utilities work under 64 (including the onboard audo drivers on the cd >.<) it also seems that 2k doesn't seem to get along with winxp64 very well

well, up and running right now under winxp64 and installing half life. swat4 in the mail and bf2 will be here shortly.

(ps. jump from geforce2 mx 400 to dual 6600GTs is quite large, so is the jump from a p4 1.8 to amd64 4000+ (2.4ghz san diego)
oh, my ram also has blinky status lights ... /me oogles

Newegg has 128mb ram strips for $7. :p

I wish I had another $600 to get new graphics cards though :)

it's in my bedroom and all all night, i sleep in a bright room.
(multiple CRTs, floorlights, bunch of backlit LCD/VFD displays and LED status lights)
