i say to you, bob: i think one of the guys i know across town has it. (prof chaos)

The reason i got rid of it is that the onboard sound failed. (makes a lovely low end buzz now)

its an ecs k7s5a. version 3.1 i belive

also if oyu are going to do this you should speak at hanz grub3r. He was going to make a prticle zoo map a while back. if i recall correctly. and had som really cool ideas as to what he woas gonna do about it.

well, lets see
 if you are doing a point entity the params line is initial velocity in each axis, of course i can't really recall which ones are which axis right now  as i dont used env_particles _custom too much recently.    if you se it to 0,0,0,0,0,0, however many there are it will just float in space.  but im not sure if thts what you are lloking for when in doubt play with nstr and you can figure it our. nstr availbe in pervious post by me. anyway, yeah.

the reason for this horrible behavior is becuase sv_cheats defaults to 1. you can change it by editing listenserver.cfg(it might be server.cfg i cant recall). or typing sv_cheats 0 in console





info_textlights: i find that a .rad file works better for me just a style thing. also, i assume this entity is removed at runtime as it is desigend to pas information to the compiler during rad.

env_particles_custom:i have heard that in game particle system editing is back in but i am unsure, i know it wasn't in the private 3 betas. ns particle system tutorial if it doesnt work as adveritzed i have cunningly hosted teh NSTR2.0 installer which does allow in game particel system editing.  if you need it you can get it from here : http://maps.confusionville.net/files/nstr2_install.exe

well, genrally when this error apears it means taht the spawn points not availible:) there  are three causes.
1. info_team_starts are located in the floor, note they aren't quite on grid ever.
2. the team flags are set wrong, all team one or all team two, thus the other team cannot join
3. RR being retarded, this seems to happen alot. if it does  use the jointeamone or jointeamtwo commands in console and try that way

Having spent 14 hours today playing 3.0 i was wondering what y'all thought of it. I am very excited about it. Many people have been unhappy, or even openly hostile toward me, as a contie, for even allowing the new version to exist. i was wondering where you all fit in. i knwo the guy who was yelling at me for being a contie and for the fact that we turned out " this$^%$&#%$ game" is really a totally wrong.  but  scince i trust your judgement more tahn his i thought i should ask you guys

well any way i made a co map and im hoping that you forum will let me use dynamic links.. if so this will be the ready room. but it isnt so we are gonna go woth just pasting in teh links and hpoping you can see tehm it works well:)

keep in mind that the links seem to expire after a fe days so that if tehy are broken you can get to them via my yahoo brief case.(i know)

i know LB has shamed teh combat genre but the map took me almost no time, so i thought i should share it with you.  i intend to recompile soon, as i have added some cool new featrues, like robot arms.  i do however need sugestions about easter eggs, i am aiming to have several more of them, by the time im done.

any way let me know how much you like or hate my map.

also lb im gonna take a look at my old ns map because you liked it and becasued it was so close to being done:)
 anyway enjoy
