I'm not very good at web design myself, and would like some help. We can make this a group effort, we'll need banners and buttons and pages and content!

need help with the layout too? I know lots of html (including super obscure secret stuffs of doom) and javascript (though my knowledge is IE biased at the moment ^^; )

flash can be incredibly pretty, like that last one. but it takes a bit of work and you need someon who knows flash (usually) to update content and such. it's also not crawlable by search engines.

i can help with flash questions, andpossibly some flash work.. haven't played with it for a long time tho.

nsarmslab annoys the hell out of me. They need a button for 'De-crapify this place' so when I click a link it takes me exactly where I want, not gives me 12 minutes of swirling crap and flashy logos...

I can code html pretty well, but when it comes to the graphics I am not that good, so we could work it that way or something?

lol, I don't think it's that bad. It's pretty sweet, but it does take a little while.
