Heh Yeah. World of Warcraft has ****ed up a lot of things for me. Ive spent sooo much time on it.

My character is on Tichondrius (sp?) a PVP server. This server in fact carries several beta guilds from CB and OB before WoW went gold. So the competition is pretty intense.

As for paladins not being able to cut a wet paper towel: Well, currently Id rate myself as one of the top paladins on our PvP server. However, unlike 99% of the paladins out there I am a protection paladin, I dont have seal of command. But one things for sure, I kill any class I come across 1v1. And its not that I get luck, its consistancy in beating all types of builds and classes a good 90% of the time. I am a sword shield user specialist also. The only time I use 2hs is in certain PVP situations, otherwise you could consider me a true PvE paladin!

Comparing my own character with Goldfish here: He has more STR, STAM, AGIL, INT, and SPRT than my own character. He has about 1.7k more armor than me, and my damage is 79-144. Ive noticed hes using a sword shield combo too! This might be because Im the only paladin to use cloth/leather/mail/plate in PvP as well as PvE (Molten Core/Onyxia), which pretty much sets me aside from all the paladins that exist across servers. (Bracers are cloth, my shield is actually a book sometimes, my belt is mail along with my shoulders, my head is leather, etc).

Gearwise I have: Full Lightforge (if Im ever feeling like wearing it), Partial Lawbringer, Partial Judgement set, Epic Quest Mount, 7 2h weapons, 6 1h weapons, however my main weapon is the Hanzo Sword (35dps 1.5speed).

Goldfish, you should have shielded + hearthed in your pic :p

Edit: My hp is 3.1k, mana is 3.2k. Mind you, this is with my best gear on (I dont consider judgement/lawbringer/lightforge my best gear as opposed to the combination of cloth/leather I wear).

Im going to be on the WEST servers, mostly because I have connection problems anywhere else. As for character, we'll have to see. Some of the past clans that I have been in are going to be starting there, so until my connection gets better (not 250 ping to central servers) Ill be on the west coast...perhaps Ill see some of you around (depending on which servers Im on).

Its like their manual actually turns out to be a novel on HL2 with read-along mode selected. And then we're all like, wtf now we have to buy the game because read-along mode is soooo coool, and our parents (or yourself if you live elsewhere) reads it to you so you go to sleep. "And then Freeman asked Alya out on a date and lived happily ever after!"

General / Demo Of That Game On Hera
« on: November 03, 2004, 11:57:13 PM »
10 skulks or one lerkgorge!

Man that demo reminds me of that epic battle that lasted also 40 minutes between a few cri, some retired cal, two play testers, three admins, and everyone else was reserved slot, vet, or consti. No, not everyone was "the bomb" player, but dang, hives exploded, heavies got squished, relocations were made, yet neither team had an advantage until the last 5 minutes of the game when both teams went all out on ns_hera in the processing room.

Weapons slow you down. Weapons also slow jetpack movement down. There is quite a difference between a lmg and a hmg.

One thing people seem to forget is how whatever work you do for a living doesn't have to be a "Job". I plan on doing my best to get into a career that I'll be more entertained with than stressed with; I want to wake up in the morning and think "Hey, today's going to be a productive day" rather than "Ugh, I've got work again today...".

My job kicks ass :p
The part about me getting owned about life is that sometimes its hard to find time to game when so much other crap is happening. But then gaming is apart of my job sometimes so that kinda balances out.

General / Ns.org Comments On Structure Blocks..
« on: September 20, 2004, 10:55:28 PM »
Whenever I see a structure dropped in the middle of nowhere, as a adolescent skulk I FEEL it is MY DUTY to cling onto that structure and swing to and fro from it widly while marines spray the otherside full of lead. Ah, the joys of random structures in the middle of hallways. Im sure Im not the only one who loves to cling to marine structures as if it was a playground for skulks.

Nothing like scrimming NS at 3:00 in the mourning unable to form coherent sentences. My clanmembers have a few demos of me stumbling in scrims trying to find the jump button.

Oh yah Keyser? 3:00 in the morning after partying all night at a club, then going to a 24 hour burritto place for the munchies to come back and scrim on NS and then forgetting about the scrim sitting in the game afk while eating the burritto!

Money + jobs + work + always reading some damn book learning something about programming + business trips = get owned by life. Dont even get me started on women...

Legionnaired, lets fence sometime!
Lito, just wait till college. Once you g3t that time management skill down you can game/study/socialize all you want and not skip a beat.

To anyone who cant game because they have to study, study hard and you can game "later". I once knew a guy who gamed 6 hours a day but also studied for about equal time and did well in his classes. Gg that bastard.

Actually they did release a video of the introduction to HL2 (contained about 2 minutes of the introduction), so I wouldnt be surprised if a few spent the time digging for it to find it.

It was awesome.

Its like HL's introduction, except without the monorail system (which was also cool). The reason why I like HL's introduction is because everything you saw in the intro movie you actually played through. Like the generator part, or the desert opening, it also included the opening for HL: Blue Shift where the guard is banging on the door. Also in HL: Opposing Force, you go through the shaft that the mono-rail passes. Pretty sweet.

I also like BW's intro. Yeah the zergling took about 180 rounds...and they had grenade launchers. But eh, cool nevertheless.

1. I have seven dollars and forty-three cents.
2. I enjoy eating mangos [ pause] even though they give me indigestion.
3. The problem with that solution is that it costs a lot of [:Ding] money.
4. The dollar variable used in that class does not match the previous one [period] You should correct it[pause] but there is no time now.
5. The groceries cost me a fortune, nearly eighty five bones[excited] I am not shopping at that place again cuz they don't even have my favorite brand of rice anymore those bastards.

I didnt understand exactly what you we're asking for. But here are my answers and I didnt cheat!!
