Post by: rad4Christ on April 14, 2005, 02:36:49 PM: SO I was bored today, and ran across this thread (http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73295&st=0). I figured, why not do it here.

Simple rules, one person tries to make this into a image (keep it LM friendly (PG)), and posts it on the thread. Then the user creates a new squiggle. I'd recommend no more than five lines in the squiggle, but whatever. I'll post the first squiggle.

For some reason, the other thread liked it saved in GIF, so keep it that way!

DHP: lets keep the image the same dimensions, ie. just take the old file and clear it, then add whatever you have onto it.
Second note: Colouring isn't obligatory, but it's encouraged. Just use the paint bucket a couple of times with a small range of colours and voila! much better pictar!

Oh rad, they are best saved as gif because MSpaint files never have very elaborate colors or shades. Since gifs are palated they are BY FAR the most efficiant format to save paint files to because they only need to save 5-6 colors to the palate (which is the most likely thing to push up the size of a gif), and unlike jpg they don't get any nasty compression archiving.

In comparison BMPs are just nasty huge, where as gifs will save exactly the same quality image with a tiny fraction of the size.

These would suck less if I were drawing them with a mouse. I'm using a trackpad in MS PAINT, not the bet combo :p

EDIT: BTW, I swithed over from GIF to PNG. That is because you can save right to PNG from MSPAINT without destroying your colours. If you try to save as GIF, MSPAINT will mangle those colours. The forums seem to be happy with PNG.
